  • Arts & Craft Series: Mixology Class
    Sat, Feb 25 2017 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

    Our Mixologist, Chris Bortnem, will go over cocktail basics, including the science behind proportions, tools used to make cocktails, what type of ice to use with what drinks, and even what shaking technique to employ.
    Our Team will demonstrate how to make a combination of drinks and you will have the opportunity to taste each of the cocktails* being made.

    Each Member & their guests will practice creating their specialty drinks according to OLCC regulations.
    Get ready for some fun, games and friendly competition!

    $25 per person includes Martini greeting, hors d’oeuvres, and all class supplies.
